is it odd to have the g3 shoot 4 or 5 inches low at 25 yds? the 3 1/8" bbl with std 115fmj x 1150 fps

How does it shoot at 20 feet or 7 yards or in that range? My thoughts are at that distance would be personal protection range. Maybe max range for protection.
I’ve had this same fight with myself over accuracy with my G3 and G3C. I beat myself up over it. Mine cycle flawlessly, shot all the different 115 gr. ammo without issues I’ve used so far, they were inexpensive. For home protection mine are fine. If I did use for cw carry they would be fine also.
But to take to the range and shoot distances and accuracy I gave up on myself with that and don’t want to beat myself up any more.
This is not a dis on Taurus. That series gun is what it is. I think I’m lucky when it comes reliability and not having issues. No feeding or cycling issues.
