G3 and Laser Ammo.

I purchased a Laser Ammo target kit. I needed a pistol that reset without pulling the slide back every time. Did a little research and found the G3. This pistol works great. I have used it for a few times to practice drawing and pulling the trigger. I wanted a heavier trigger weight than what I usually shoot(2 pounds).
This gun is terrific but wasn't MOS. Then the MOS model came out. I should have waited, but I did get practice for awhile. Does anyone think that I should get the MOS version/model?

Pardon my ignorance, but I couldn't find any reference to it on the Taurus website. What does the acronym MOS mean?
