The only tricky part for me was the split "keepers" at the base of the FP spring. I would suggest working on a table covered with a terry cloth towel to help catch any errant parts and have a strong light. Hard floor not carpet as dropped parts could be hard to find in carpet. It's not hard to figure out how I know.
The install came out great, I could tell that there was less recoil and I am able to get back on target quicker between shots. The striker guide made a HUGE difference in reliability for misfires and doesn’t catch on the lock hole cut-out.
