I'm used to placing my shooting hand thumb on top of the safety/decocker lever when I shoot (1911 style). Everytime I try shooting my G2 this way, the gun decocks after every shot and reverts to double-action. I'm not placing undue pressure on the lever, just "riding" it. Does anyone else experience this while shooting the G2?

Can't help about the 'riding', but if your lever is that sensitive, then obviously you'll need to adjust your grip, or send it in for a repair/adjustment. Never had that problem with mine. IMHO, seems a bit uncomfortable to have such a high hold, but I know 'different strokes, different folks' :). Are you in the index marks on the frame?? Attached is a link to a thread about my trigger resetting to DA. I would suggest that you check to make sure it is the thumb/decock issue, and not a problem with the trigger bar. Good luck with that, and please keep us posted.
