Saw the same thing in 40S&W on www.gungallery.com . Exciting stuff for sure.
Thanks for sharing this info.
While I do like the looks, I picked up 3 PT809, 2 full size and 1 compact last year for on average $225 each.
looks like it has everything i like about the 809 and the pt111 g2. im definitely having one. i just wish they would come out with the TH45. id be all over that like stink on crap.
So this is a new pistol for Taurus and not the PT809? Nicely done! Congrats!
i first noticed this on the taurus export page. when i did a search for it lipseys came up. there some really good pics of it there.

At a msrp of 359, these should be in the 300 range. Hmmm.
Once it's $250 I might get one. Looks pretty cool.

Now, if it came in .45 I'd pay a bit more...

New model number, new price.
Looks just like the 800 series, except they modified the grip texture to be more in line with the 111 G2 (and I am a fan of the latter's grip texture). Glad they kept the shape the same - the 800 series is one of the prettiest guns I've seen.
I like it and will keep a watch.
Here's an article about the TH and TS series guns from April 2017. Many may have read it, but some might find it interesting.

I'm not complaining, looking forward to it actually. The MSRP is usually $50-60 more than street price, looks like a great deal.

I'd like a 45acp also.
I'm glad to see it looks like these WILL be in the US. I don't know why Taurus wouldn't sell them here. I like my 809, but I might have to pick one of these up too. Probably a compact.
