I picked up my PT-92 at academy last Saturday and spent all week bartering my IT services around town for 9mm rounds! I finally got my hands on some yesterday and it is better than I imagined. I owned a Millenium PRO 9mm before and I couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with it; im assuming it was because I have large hands. With the PT-92, I can hit beer cans all day long from over 50 feet at dusk. What a difference! This is the first full frame gun I have ever owned, and I think I might just need a few more of them! :guns:

Warning: The affinity for Taurus PT92 pistols can become an addiction...and medical science has no known cure for it!

The Taurus 92 should perform just as well as the Beretta in function, and accuracy. Considering that they're the same pistol, aside from a few minor changes to asthetics such as safety location and magazine catches, the pistol has been a stalwart in the Taurus line since 1984 when they bought the Beretta plant in Brazil, including all the dies for the Beretta 92. Thousands of rounds have run through the Taurus 92's with little problems that generally come down to maintenence issues with replacing the locking block periodically.
