Wally world has Federal 115gr FMJ RN Brass @ $18.97/box 100.

Curious if anyone has bought any of this and if it ran well with your PT111 G2?

Runs absolutely fine in my G2 and Glock 17. Used it for years.

Have had no issue feeding my G2. With that said, I have not seen any at my local wally world in some time now.

Same as others here; I probably shoot the Federal 115gr. from Walmart ~60% of the time. No problems to report whatsoever in my G2 or any other pistol.

Yes on both. Same goes with the Federal aluminum case.
What I use most of the the time . It is good inexpensive ammo. Winchester white box brass 115 gn works great too for around the same price maybe a few pennies cheaper. Use in PT111 G2, 709, PPs M2 and Ruger 9E. no problems with either.
I buy it by the case for $9.99 @50rd box no shipping --- Target Sports USA
Both the Federal brass case and aluminum case has worked well in my PT111 G2, but then so far everything I've put in it has functioned. About the only thing I've not fired in it is steel case and +P+ammo, simply because I haven't found the need for it.

Yep! This is my usual range load. Shot 70 rds of it just today through my PT111 and Slim 709. I have never had a misfeed or fail to fire on any of the hundreds of Fed 115gr fmj.

Thanks OP!!

Walmart's cheap Federal 115 gr. is my preferred practice ammo for the G2. I've never had a problem with it in any of my 9s and don't ever expect to. Good stuff.
