He had the semi inside the waistband in small of back. He was doing some rather physical dancing and did a backflip. The gun fell out of his waistband. It did not fire when upon hitting the ground. He picked it up and the gun fired. Obviously he put his finger on the trigger. Based upon his dancing I would, say he was rather uninhibited and likely intoxicated. Can you say career altering moment?
If he had to pick it up why and where did he put it down to begin with?
and I believe this was appropriate action on the FBI part.He had the semi inside the waistband in small of back. He was doing some rather physical dancing and did a backflip. The gun gun was turned over to an FBI supervisor and the agent was dismissed from employments, if what I read is correct.
From what I gather it came out of his holster and hit the floor when he did a back flip and "discharged" when he picked it up hitting a man in the leg.
This is why it is a bad idea to pick it up by the trigger.;D
He’s lucky he didn’t shoot himself in the ass while reholstering at middle of back.you got to admit though this is an interesting turn on the old Glock leg scenario, now you shoot someone else in the foot /leg instead of yourself!
