The trigger on my M-85UL is IMHO very smooth but I have heard that with time it just gets better. Well due to time and mostly money I have only shot 30 rounds or so. I`ve heard/read that if you just sit, say, in front of the TV and dry fire it will help the trigger get even better. Do I need snap caps or will just 5 EMPYT casing do the trick? Thanks for any advice.

Well, I don't like to dry fire anything, but that's just me. If I were gonna do it, I'd use snap caps. After awhile, those spent cases wil be like nothing at all.

if you are talking hundreds or thousands of times dry fireing it, definately get some snap caps....Afew buck shoud get you a pack of 6...and compaired to using live ammo the cost is almost nothing...also check out "poor boys trigger job" basically applying upward/foreward force to the hamer while pulling the trigger....suposed to smooth/match the surfaces and get rid of any gritty feeling...
