As evidenced by my grip thread as well I'm trying to treat my Tracker like a project gun, and I must say I do not like the sights very much. If the orange blade wasn't just a decal I won't mind it but the Glock-esque rear sight has got to go. Tool Tech near me has an option to install night sights but that's 300 dollaridoos and can take up to 12 weeks. I'd really like 3 dot sights with at least the front being fiber optic but night sights over even plain old 3 dots would be fine. Are there any sights that happen to fit Trackers?

My Tracker 627 is hands down the most accurate pistol I own and shoot. So much so that it rides with me every day. To each their own but I would not ever consider changing mine. When I played gold before my hand injury my go to club was my 8 iron. I feel the same way every time I pick up my Tracker.
My plans are just to cerakote it black [was going to get a blued model but found a SS used and figured having a stainless base would be a great improvement], find a way to secure the red stripe grip on firmly, and change the sights. I was actually worried I might end up selling it because even cheapo magtech 44 mag was painful to shoot out of it despite all the videos saying how much the porting deadens recoil [I was expecting it being like shooting a 6in model 29, it was not like that]. But shooting .44 special out of it one-handed duelist style is some of the most fun I've had shooting, I love the feel of the Raging Bull grip on it, I just don't enjoy the sights especially now that the decal is peeling off.
