Saw an add for a sale on a Taurus .357 snubnose revolver that is very tempting. Wondering if it's a good deal or not, and would like some opinions on the gun if anyone has some experience with them. It didn't say the model number, it looks to be a model 605 or something very close to it. I plan on getting a .357 within my next two gun purchases, and that might be too good to pass up. They are offering them for just $294, which sounds like a great deal to me. What you think?

Don't sound bad at all to me. That's about the price of the .38 M85. If you want it, I'd go for it at that price.

That sounds decent. If its stainless that'd be upgraded to good.

That would be a good price for a stainless model. Have you checked gunbroker to see if you can get a good one used? I bought mine for $200 (shipped) from a guy that had only used it maybe for 50 rounds or so. Good deals can be found...
