This is something that drives me nuts. Right now in my area, most CZ handguns are going higher than retail for new and used. Mean while, Beretta APX and Sig P320's can be found less than $450 new.

Heaven forbid if you want a 19X.

HMM. well I didn't realize that the CZ 75 full size could be had in the OMEGA?
I knew they would get around to the older model eventually but didn't know it had happened.
course to me its not a big feature as I know either I want a de-cocker or a safety but for those that have an identity problem I understand its a much wanted feature.
here MY range/ gun shop is a stocking CZ dealer and so price are always below suggested retail.
Prices are going up on all CZ weapons around here however.
I understand that CZ has also changed the policy of being a direct dealer now by raising the required units purchased per year by quite a bit.

^^ Supply and demand rules...whether actual or contrived. Typically I think the clones have held them back.

Well CZ is building a factory here in the old USA I understand so things may be changing as to availability.
Hopefully they will hold the quality to the same standard as now and in the past.
all 4 of mine are simply outstanding as to reliability, accuracy, and quality of workmanship.

Yeah I found that out, and several shops that did carry them in my area quit.
