I ordered Williams Fire Sight set for my PT140 MilPro, the adjustable model (WMS CLICK ADJUSTABLE FIRESIGHT SET FOR TAURUS PT111,PT140,PT145,PT100,PT745,24-7'S.
PRO SERIES WITH DOVETAIL ON SIGHTS), It will be a week or two before they arrive, I really would like a step by step tutorial to have with me before I attempt to install them. I have never worked on a gun before so if there is such a video or PDF in existence, and someone could point me in that direction I would really appreciate it.

Here is a good start. If you don't have a vise you can screw a piece of wood to an old table top or bench and keep the slide against that while you tap the sights out. Get some brass punches now and a small hammer. You ain't framing a house so don't use a big hammer.

I have put Fire Sights on two Tauruses, PT1911 and 24/7 Gen 1 and they went on real easy. These videos are a lot more in depth than you need.
