So the classic country music thread got me thinking - which is always dangerous. The thought occurred to me that there are number of songs I really like from old movies - but I rarely hear them anymore. So what are yours? I'll start things off with this classic movie tune...

The theme from "Chariots Of Fire" is one of my favorites.
As to vocals, I think the song sung by the male chorus throughout "Red River" is a most valuable part of the movie.
And, again in non-vocals, the theme from "Ladyhawk".

Rio Grande's got a bunch of good tunes throughout as well - Son's of the Pioneers with no less than Ken Curtis singing the leads. Who knew Festus could sing?! And Victor McLaglen is a total crack up, too. :D
