Anybody else notice something....???

His gun. Looks like an PT 809.

Firearm Gun Trigger Gun accessory Starting pistol

His ammo. A couple of hundred rounds. In what looks like the Taurus case.

Musical instrument accessory Suitcase

There's no spare mags.

This is one time it may have worked out that you can't find 809 magazines. Was he planning on reloading the mags as he went? That's a tactical fail.

It looks like the mag is still in the pistol but the slide is maybe 30% racked. Jammed?

I used to go to Cincinnati often for business and have been in that building many times. Scary.

Police response video from body camera. Turn on sound. After officer exits car sound will come on.

Officers are carrying Smith and Wesson M&P 9's and an M&P AR, and I think I remember seeing a Rem 870 Shotgun. Officer might of had a problem with the AR or magazine. I think I see at least 3 magazines laying on the floor near the front desk and the Taurus case, laptop case and ammo.

The Taurus has a misfeed or failure to go into battery of some sort

Excellent response by the Cincinnati Police.

They need to clean her body cam lens. Kept getting black spots and blur spots over the screen.

There's no magazine in the AR. Somebody forgot something...hence his F-bomb! The photo of the 809 looks weird. It looks like the front of the slide is basically in the right place but it looks like the rear part of the slide is up over the back of the pistol. Odd!

Looks normal to me, if a malfunction is normal. I see the barrel sticking out the front but it's kind of dark, maybe it's my/your monitor. I did read that the gunman's weapon jammed. Considering the lack of magazines and the jam this guy was apparently not that well versed in firearm usage. Thank goodness, as he probably would have killed more.
