I am curious to see how this CCI blazer 357 JHP 158g. performs.Will there be any extraction problems due to the aluminum case?I bought a box of 50 for about 16.oo at Academy,so I hope I can practice with this stuff without any problems.I will be using it in a M66 with a 4 inch barrel.

Have used CCI Blazer in .357 magnum and never had case heads seperate, the cases deform, or jam the action. Not to say it can't happen, but after 10 years of using their stuff can say it hasn't happened to me.

I have used it in 45 colt, without any problems. Just nothing to save for reloading.

CCI Blazer is my main ammo in my 627. It's hot. Thousands of rounds and have never had any issues save for a few hard primers that wouldn't fire off. The Al cases don't give any problems at all, save if you're a reloader.

To echo what everyone else has said thus far, I've had zero problems with CCI Blazer aluminum and recommend it often for those who want to save a little $$. I use it in .357 Magnum, .45 ACP and 9mm.
