I picked up this Charter Arms Off Duty a few weeks ago to add to my CCW. I did a little research and found out that Charter Arms makes a DAO bobbed hammer for them.

So I ordered one up and a new pair of rubber stocks for it. It was super easy to swap out the hammer. Only took like 3 minutes.

Here's the before and after pictures.

THAT is a bobbed hammer? Looks more like a full spur hammer replaced a bobbed one but I’m not a revolver expert.

Nice gun, though, and I’m a huge fan of exposed easily accessible hammers.

The picture with the new hammer is on top. The picture with the spur hammer on bottom is how it came.
