Let us all pause during our celebrating this Christmas to give thanks to all who have and are serving in uniform. Many will not be able to share the joy of Christmas with family and loved ones.

While we are eating our Christmas dinners and celebrating with our families, some of our military folks will be sitting in a hide or riding patrol in some miserable godforsaken part of the world. Take a moment to say a prayer for them and say thanks for the opportunity they and those that have gone before them have created for all Americans here at home!

We also need to impress our government with the importance of jobs for returning troops. One million LEGAL immigrants are admitted the USA every year. Many of them will take jobs rightfully belonging to returning vets.

Unemployment numbers will likely rise as our warriors return.
