Several years ago, he received a FULL PARDON from the governor in North Carolina.

He has a copy of the pardon posted in his classroom, as well as on his Facebook page.

Yep, my dad is working on getting his pardon for a non-violent felony committed 18 years ago. Receiving stolen property was the crime, and I think his rights should be restored.
