I bought five of these at 11.27 each delivered with the intention of using them solely for 300 BLK loads to differentiate them from my black Magpuls. When loading them the first time I took note of the very sharp edges of the feed lips as it appeared they had the stock sheared for manufacturing and then left raw. I stuffed them a day in advance and when I got to the range they wouldn't feed the rounds. It wasn't the ammo as I borrowed a Magpul from my BIL and loaded that one and they fed just fine.

Has anyone else had this issue with these? I suppose I could take some emery paper to them...or maybe just send them back for a refund.

I would send them back for a full refund. There are way too many good AR mag companies out there (Magpul is similar but if you prefer metal that's another thing) to try to mess with some factory bad ones. Do they drop free when full loaded? If they get stuck, they might be widening when you stuff em full of rounds.

If you really want to fix em, here's a tool, you could also use pliers, but here's one possibly solution:

The feed lips leave a fine scratch on the case when the rounds are stripped off the top. I took the one that I opened, the one I tried and found lacking, and ran some fine sandpaper on the rear of the lips that contact the case. I'll give that a shot and see if they fee...if not, the rest will head back for a refund. I wanted the gray aluminum 20 rounders to use exclusively for the 300 BLK so that I would know immediately what caliber was in them.
