I see Wolff has gun springs for them, which I plan to buy, but while in there, I would like to smooth things up a bit. Any one do a trigger job on a 605?

I had 10 and at the present time I have 4 Taurus revolvers. Every one of them, I oiled and dry fired at least 1000 times. This was added to the fireing at the range. Every triger action is smooth. My 617 is DAO and has the smoothest of all. When I shoot my 605 I have to be carefull in single action because it dosen't take a lot to fire it. I would try this first befor I would do anything.

I'm going to buy a Wolf Spring kit for it, and smooth out the parts that touch. I will let you know hot it turns out.

I would not call it a trigger job, but I installed Wolff springs and smoothed the insides a very little on my brand new 605. Shoots much easier and maybe a tad smoother than before. Possibly an even bigger improvement than on my 431. Really like the new gun.
