So one of my undergraduate adult students is a CHL instructor. He and another of my students spent some time at the range. I used all three of my 9s. My 709 had a flawless outing with 70 rounds. This includes the Federal Champion 115gr FMJ that it hasn't liked. I did a bunch of 1 second drills from low-ready at 7 yards.

It's one of the ranges I go to. It's definitely one of the better ranges. My life takes me all over the metroplex. DFW Gun Range is one of them. I also go to Bullseye, Shoot Smart in Grand Prairie ($5 afternoon happy hour), and Garland Public. We went to DFW because that's where my student, who planned the outing, wanted to go.
