According to Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, Ortiz-Vazquez was “totally out of control” when he drove his vehicle down the road, attempted to enter a school bus, left tracks on the side of the road and then crashed his vehicle through a fence, WTVT reported.
Denied entry to the bus, Ortiz-Vaquez jumped on two more vehicles, breaking one windshield, The Ledger reported.

The driver of the first vehicle called 911 after he noticed that Ortiz-Vazquez was bleeding, Judd told reporters. The driver of the second vehicle described him as “growling” before he jumped off that vehicle and left the area, the sheriff said.

Ortiz-Vazquez then approached a nearby house and “barreled” through the front door, The Ledger reported. A 9-year-old child, his parents and grandparents were in the house, Judd said.

Maybe some day these people will learn the breaking into someone else's house has consequences.
Nah, never happen.

Folks only learn in one of three ways.

1. You can tell some them what to do or not to do- Don't touch an electric fence or you will be shocked.

2. Some have to learn by example- they have to see someone else get shocked by an electric fence.

3. Then, there's those 'special' ones that just have to pee on the fence to find out what happens.

Most criminals fall in the third category. If they were in either of the first two, then they wouldn't be criminals, would they?

Sounds like he was on that wacky synthetic weed that was so pervasive a few years ago. One of my neighbors in Houston went down that road for a few years, before hitting rock bottom and working his way back. The weird stuff he did when high sounds exactly like what this perp was doing before he hit rock bottom permanently.

Yeppers!
you would not believe some of the things i have seen HIGH people do and the numbers of them doing it!
what was needed here was for the 911 dispatcher to send a Social Worker and maybe a back up head doctor ( I kant spal phscol--phyce--schicolo) out to talk to this guy, they could have handled it easily, if only we could hurry up and defund all the police!
