This is only a small list in these links.

Others can feel free to add their own links or places to buy. Would be of immense help.
Thank you.

I noticed most of these places are running out of ammo too. Sometimes they say they they have it and then just don't ship until it comes in. Ammoman is at least truthful about whats in stock.

I just found these guys http://www.tds-us.com/ placed my first order with them today so we shall see how it goes will post an update when it arrives. Ordered 100 rounds of 147 gr gold dots :) can't beat the price since they come in boxes of 50 .
deathwish711 I would to thank you for posting this place. They offer police and military discount with good prices. I've already done business with them and just placed another order with them today. So far they have been a real pleasure to deal with and as of now I feel very comfortable recommending them and doing business with them. Thanks for posting them.

I do not know whether or not someone out there happy with the way Cabela's works and its product lines and prices. However, they have made first bad impression today when I place an order. It is my first time and also my last time.

I placed an order online and it turns out a ripped off. Cabela's charges sales tax with long shipping days. That's why I would like to cancel my order but somehow (I think Cabela's does it for purpose) their computer system prevent me to do so because after doing cancellation, I did not receive a confirmation and website was still showing my order was in pending for shipping. That's why I had to make a phone call to customer service. The result is they could not help me (again, I think they do it for purpose to force their customers to keep the order).

I have placed another order on different website and they did not charge the sales tax, plus cheaper price on ammo but still slow shipping day.

If Cabelas has a store in your state they must charge the tax. I'm sure there is more than one Cabelas in Texas. I have the same deal here in Arizona... Never had a problem with them cancelling an order, in fact, they were able to change an order that I put in before it was filled. Try that with Midwayusa... they'll politely tell you they can't do that and to cancel the entire order and head to the end of the backorder line... Cabelas may not have the best prices, but they are getting product in (small rifle primers and ammo) and won't put you on indefinate backorder status.

Don't know specifically about the WalMarts in your area but in my area (West Georgia) has ammo falling off the shelves in .45ACP, .40S&W, 7mm, etc. Winchester White box .45ACP was $34.95/box 100 (FMJ) and .40 was $30.95/box 100 FMJ. Even found these calibers in the Atlanta and Athens area WalMarts over the weekend. .380 still a tough find, though, as many on this board have already mentioned.
