For me I have found that for range use Remington Umc or Federal Champion from Walmart are the best. They are both under 10.00 a box, brass cased, US made and function great. Never had a bad round with either. Also you can get the Remington 115grain jhp 100 round packs at Walmart for around 30.00. From watching Paul Harrell videos on YouTube, this ammo does very well and holds it's own against the more expenses carry ammo. Honestly I've started using the Remington 115 fmj for practice and carrying the jhp load. They shoot identical and POI is the same.
