Never heard of a barrel replacement for any Taurus revolver. Let us know what you find out.

You can check out Numrich Arms, they have new and used Taurus parts and if they don't have what you need right now just check in every other week.

Will the model 65 barrel fit the model 85?
I can't say for sure but my first thought was no. Since one is a small frame and one is a medium frame, the distance between the centerline of the barrel and the cylinder pivot would be different. At minimum the ejector rod shroud would probably need modified. I would also guess the threads in the barrel and the frame are different.

Lots of "parts guns" on gunbroker. If an individual barrel isn't available then look at a parts gun.
3" model 85's aren't common but I do have one and they are out there.I believe I have seen a 4" model 85 on GB but I would wager they are the rarest.
If you want a 4" barrel maybe look for a model 80 or 82 where they are plentiful.
