I had a pleasant dealing with a Taurus customer service woman yesterday when I called about a missing safety key for a PT-92 AF I bought in November. It wasn't in the box so I called to see about getting one. They are sending one out right away free of charge. Nice.

Too often companies get bricks; well, there's a rose.

Well, nice to see that you are gonna get your key for the safety Mechanism. That missing amazed me. Everyone I have looked at in the orig. box, or plastic case had 2 of the darn things, and even a cleaning brush, and allen wrench. Of course I have not looked at the PT92 AF.

The smallest nice thing about CS, is good to read about!

Thanks for the rose among the "thorns". The aroma is fragrant. I have two Taurus handguns and am very pleased with them both. Put $200 down on my third one today: a TCP 738 .380 caliber. Hope it will be as functional and dependable as my other Taurus handguns...but, if not, I will avail the services of the Taurus lifetime warranty.
