I shipped my new (shot only 50 rounds) 24/7 to Taurus on May 8th with a broken main spring.
It arrived at Taurus on the 9th, but the official receipt date was May 19th (layed around their receiving area for 10 days before it was logged in). I called them today to find out the status.
Total time of the call was 46 seconds.
Taurus answered on the first ring.
I gave them my service number. They looked it up. They said that they should start on May 19th receipts this coming Monday (July 9th).
While I'm not happy that my pistol broke, nor am I excited that they've already had it 7 weeks. I am glad that they didn't add to my frustration by giving me the runaround. 8)
