I am looking for a combination of grips and speed loaders for my 650. Anyone have a set up that allows for enough clearance to easily use speed loaders?

I keep practicing with speed strips, but they feel painfully slow. Maybe I am just spoiled by semi-autos.

I have an HKS speed loader, but it binds between the cylinder and grips when I try to use it with the factory boot grips. I am thinking about trying the hogue monogrips, a safariland comp-1. I haven't completely discounted the barami hip grip.

Taurus Combat Grips. A little longer, but better for recoil and the use of #36 HKS Speed Loaders. They show them on the Taurus Web Site for I think $9.00

www.cdnnsports.com has grips that can fit or a selection that you can pick from. Sometimes sanding or removing with an exacto knife just a little bit of material will work. The Hogue monos I have on my 85CH work with HKS speedloaders.
