This is my Taurus 605 357 mag. With 357's she lets you know when it goes bang; 38 spls have much less perceived recoil.

Nice!!! Do you track how many rounds you put thru your guns? I have one of the little brothers or this gun - the 851 - and love it!!

I put the longer Taurus Combat Grip on my 605. This grip makes full power 357s no problem to shoot. The factory 158g. are a little stout, but I do most of my shooting with 125g. I send my brass to National Bullet Co. and get there 357 125g. JHP. This load shoots to point of aim out to 60 feet.( that's the longest shot so far ) I have 325 trouble free rounds down range so far.

Haven't put many thru - Tried various types: JHP, tgt, pers. prot., etc. but didn't keep count.
