can the 2 1/2 inch chambered judge safely shoot +p 45 colt ammo?

Ok, I asked this question several years ago, actually almost 4 years ago now. research said it should handle it fine, BUT, practicality says WHY?
You have the option to use 410, including 000 buckshot, 45 colt to almost 300 grain, in FMJ and JHP. I could not figure where I would actually make use of +p ammo, in my 6.5" barreled JUDGE!!!
Would I recommend using +p, NO!!
