Hi Point has a 380 carbine at the shot show. I think I'm going to have to get one. Found them on line for $243 to $270. None in stock.

I like the idea. And being a fan of the 380acp, I'm interested. It would serve the same function as any other PPC/handgun combination. I do reload the 380, so that's a plus for me.

This is sad news. I have no need or desire for a .380 carbine. None.

I was really hoping for a 1095. I was holding out for that. Looks like I'll get the 4595 this year.

Cool!! I like .380 and this sounds like a unique piece - very interesting. Just because one likes a particular caliber, all other calibers should not be excluded- that would be playing favorites and one nevers knows when they may be missing out on the "coolness"/geekiness factor!:D

For the "oddity" factor maybe, you know I like odd calibers, 10mm, 357 sig.

But there is a 1911 in 38 super, calling my name, and that same $300 will work better, for me, in that direction.

But if you get one let me know and I'll bring some 380 and help you break it in. :)

Well if it is like my 995TS it is a winner. High Points are like taking a fat lady to a buffet, they will eat everything..

I had a 9mm carbine years ago, it was a pussycat to shoot. I imagine 380 would cross the line with so little recoil as to be boring lol

I really doubt you will ever see a 1095ts there is just not that many folks out their that shoot it to be profitable.
With .380acp being so popular I do not find it odd Hi Point came out with a carbine in that chambering also when you look at their advertising they really push the pistol/carbine combo. Plus with mexico being a .380 only market for its citizens it should open a new market down there. Will I buy a 3895ts probably since I own all the other combos but I doubt it will get shot much.

Hi Point just answered me on a query about if the 3895 would ship before Christmas. They responded that it is supposed to start shipping next week.
