The new Taurus .357 Magnum Raging Hunter SHOULD BE CHAMBERED IN .360 DAN WESSON. This is a brute of a revolver; over-engineered for the Magnum IMO. The cylinder is long enough to hold the 1.415" case .360 DW and you'd still be able to shoot Magnums and Specials. With the right loads, the .360 Dan Wesson can approach .357 Maximum ballistics and is able to use the lighter bullets that the Maximum can't. Granted, the .360 DW is pretty much a handloaders only cartridge (Reed's Ammo is the only source of loaded ammo that I know of) but everything is readily available. Heck, most reloaders already have everything but the brass which is available from Starline.
All it takes is running the chambering reamers 3.5mm deeper into the cylinder!
