.22 taurus Gaucho NEED HELP

I have a .22 Taurus revolver that i recently removed the scew that sits just above the trigger, I put it back and now the hammer wont stay at half cock and sometimes wont stay at full cock and ideas on what i may have done to this gun ???

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!
