Well, looks like the first court case concerning owning a bump stock was heard in Houston, Texas and it was dismissed.

The man charged was found guilty of other charges at the same time but the bump stock charges were dismissed.

Because a case is dismissed doesn't mean the issue has been settled. Do you have a link to the article, please ?

They may want to try prosecuting bump stocks in a bit more liberal state....like Massachusetts, Kalifornia, NY, or perhaps Illinois. They would probably get a W there.

I guarantee under a Biden Admin we are going to see a substantial increase in executive fiats until any type of semi auto ownership will open the owner up to criminal charges
