    Extra Magazines

It would be nice if Taurus included two extra magazines with its pistols. Customers would not have to worry about availability or incompatibility of after market magazines. Very few would complain abut the added cost.

There are way more things Taurus could be doing. Like taking care of their customers who have returned 45acp's as part of the recall and having to settle for the generic black 9mm G2.

This is precisely why I will not buy any Taurus pistol that doesn't have a second source for magazines that can be readily found. That limits me to: their 1911's, 92 clones or the PT 111-G2 that can use SIG P226/228/229 mags.

Why do I feel this way? A semi automatic pistol with a bad, or worn mag is no more than a really expensive single shot derringer or paperweight, neither of which I consider a good choice for defensive carry.

Don't they poke out the bottom? those are 15 round mags as opposed to 12.

Most people shop for a Taurus because of their low price. The added cost of extra mags would keep them from buying or even looking at Taurus. I think making the extra mags mandatory at a higher price would lower sales.

Yes, absolutely. More mags please. So much nicer when you're at the range. I realize that's one way to cut costs but I would gladly pay a little extra if the G2C and G3 came with 3 mags.

I agree 100%! This also applies to other makers as well. I would happily pay a higher cost, up front, just to get the extra magazine or two....saves the hassle of having to order or go find them!

It would be nice if Taurus would include a Ruger LCP or a Beretta Pico with the purchase of a G2C. Throw in a few extra mags for each and you'd have some REALLY happy Taurus customers! Yeah, that's the ticket!!
