Didn't realize it also whacked my wrist.

Halloween is over man... knock it off.
(aka, glad your arm will be OK.)

So when are you going out for some bench rest shooting with your RB22?

Shot the RB22 today, about 150rnds.

No issues at all, sweet shooting rifle. Had to adjust the sights as I was hitting low and right in the beginning, but once sighted in I was putting them in the bullseye. Used Aguila ammo. Working the bolt posed no problems. For a little over $100 this is a real bargain!!!

Waiting for them to schedule an MRI. Doc doesn't like the looks of the egg-sized hard lump on my forearm I'm thinking it's a snapped ligament, tendon, etc.

The only thing I noticed was after 100 rnds or so the bolt got tighter as I tried to cycle it. Not impossible hard but not as buttery smooth as when it was clean. After cleaning it was good to go again. Maybe after several hundred rounds it'll be fine.

Ladders and chain saws are a bad combination. Guy I know came down from a ladder in a hurry and some three shoulder surgeries later was still not right. I hope that you heal totally fine with no residual damage.
“…democratic socialism, the great utopia of the last few generations, is not only unachievable but that to strive for it produces something utterly different – the very destruction of freedom itself. As has been aptly said: ‘What has always made the state a hell on earth has been precisely that man has tried to make it his heaven.'” F.A. Hayek

Had a supervisor who had a chainsaw kick back on him while he was in a tree. He was lucky, all he got was a nick on the chin, could have been a lot worse.

MRI next Tuesday, earliest I could get in.
