    Any news on R92 production?

Rossi still only lists .45 Colt rifles. But I want a .44!
It would look good next to my .357 '92.

Sadly, the Rossi Brand has been downsized significantly since the class action lawsuit against Taurus, so I wouldn't expect them to reintroduce any calibers which have been discontinued.

Fortunately, there are plenty of other brands which offer Lever Action Rifles in .44 Magnum to choose from, and while they may not be quite as cheap as Rossi, you'll most likely get back what you pay into them in terms of quality.

My brother is actually in the same boat as you, but has decided to get a Henry Big Boy in .44 Magnum. Personally, I'm quite fond of the Marlin 1895, so that would most likely be my first choice.

nothing I've seen yet for reintroduction of the 92 in 44 mag. your best bet would be to check for new old stock or secondary markets.

I own a 1990’s ’92 in .44 Magnum, excellent condition and nicely smooth action. But in retrospect I wish I’d gotten it in .357.

    Interested in a possible trade?

I really appreciate your offer but I've decided to stop trading guns. There are several I want back and I fear this would be one as well. But thank you for the offer!

Is Rossi even alive anymore? I know that Taurus was supposed to take over and oversee production of Rossi products, but I haven't seen any Rossi branded product in stock for quite some time.

Add me to the list for a 92 in .357 Mag.

They are not that cheap anymore. Their prices have gone up a bit, even at the gun shows. It probably explains why I keep getting offers for mine when at the range.

Looks like rifle production has slowed because of this:
