    You can shoot the .44specials all day long
    and not hurt yourself.
    I load mine about mid-range and choot 'em
    in my Rugers ,Taurus445, Taurus Tracker444
    and Smith's with less
    recoil than most of my .357 loads.
    edit: and never stress my brass
