I Rejoined The Raging Bull Club

A little over an hour ago I acquired a like-new stainless steel Raging Bull with the 6" barrel and in .480 Ruger from a guy. According to him the revolver mostly sat in his safe and has only had a box of 20 rounds put through it. When I have an opportunity I'll post some pics of it. Still have to get one of these guys in .44 Magnum as well.

Thanks Bob! Now I just need to scrounge up some .480 ammo and take it out on the range when I'm off work again. IIRC the cartridge has been advertised as having 80% of the power of the .454 Casull and only 50% as much recoil. In the Raging Bull I would imagine it's extremely manageable.

Congratulations, that's a nice find! Let us know how it shoots. Those large caliber revolvers always turn
a few heads when you are at the range.

Great pick i have a 6 in 454 and its my favorite gun they are super easy to shoot and vet accurate last week i had my wife shoot mine who isn't even remotely a gun person and she said it wasn't bad at all. In fact i think it was her first hand gun. Have fun that 480 is a neat round.
