    HORRIBLE experience with customer service

    Just got off the phone with customer service. They are saying another 6-8 weeks on top of the 10 they have already had my gun! It’s not even getting repaired! They are sending me a replacement because it’s covered under the class action settlement. She was no help other than I’ll put in the notes to rush it.

    Sorry. I’m done with my rant. Does anyone have contact info for someone higher than a customer service rep? They need to know...

    How did you get in touch with customer care. Been on for 45 min no one answered. Emailed no response

    I hate to be the one to tell you this but your experience is not atypical. Actually I take that back. If that timeline holds it shows they've really come a long way from when they were taking 6-8 MONTHS. I kid you not. I think the forum record was over a year.

    Pushing harder on them won't help one bit. Relax, wait it out. About all you can do.

    i want to have a taurus tx22 bad barrel rally in bainbridge ,ga. at the plant this summer , or next year , or 2022 . no hurry i`m sure they will still have our guns .
    bring torches and pitchforks . stay tuned for year and dates ---------

    When I was in the middle of my recall replacement gestation process, I used to call CS the second they were supposedly open first thing in the morning. Tuesday or Wednesday but never Monday. They picked up the phone more times than not. It did not change the answer I got or helped to speed up the process but at least I had an update from them.

    They told me to use the chat function on the website and there is almost no wait. We will see....
