That sounds like a real pain in the ass to get it working. I guess Taurus hasn't figured it out because they had my gun in twice and sent it back twice non functional. It finally locked up completely at the range (trigger and couldn't disassemble). Anyway, I finally got my replacement in last week and this one seems to break down properly. I'll take it out and shoot some rounds through it and see how it goes. I think this one is a winner.

Darn that sucks. Sorry to hear there's so many snags. I hope it gets cleared up.

I hope for you that "All is well that ends well." So, far mine has been A OK (have had a few failures and forget exactly what). I considered them negligible in % of rounds fired.

There are a few problems brought up on this FORUM (worse seems to be barrel not up to snuff - lands and groves tooling bad). I would say my barrel does not look as good as some other guns, but seems to shoot OK. Get some scatter, but think it is me.

A range visit 11-06-2019. This is all with Remington Thunderbolt (get sales for $12.99 plus tax = $14.30 for 500 rounds).
