I went to the Taurus website and got on Chat due to an issue I had with my TCP on Monday. I waited 4 or 5 minutes until Emily got online to help me. I told her about my problem, she did the paperwork for me to return the gun and gave me a work order number. When I turned my computer on yesterday morning, I had an e-mail from Taurus with the complete chat conversation. Then, yesterday afternoon, I got another e-mail asking about whether I had a good or bad experience and a place to explain my answer.
I was surprised at the follow-up. I was probably on the phone about 10 minutes, including the wait.

Hopefully the customer expereince is going to improve (a lot) but honestly we have seen moves in this direction before only to get worse.
