Some of us have a settlement pistol and have chosen to keep it.
The only reason I mention that is because I consider that an option, which I chose.

Guess you could say I am going with the enhanced warranty. Truth being is that they are offering a Lifetime Warranty on a Lifetime Warranty. Difference being if and when I send in the in question firearm for warranty repair I know that there is no way I will ever see it again. Once they have it in their hands they will keep it and send me a replacement of their choosing.

And what ever they send me will be worth at least the cash offer price should I choose to recoup part of my original $.

I would consider this the enhanced warranty option.

Modern rifles are a means for the citizens to stand up to an over powering government.

I voted enhanced warranty. I have 2 class pistols and plan to keep both of them.

If you have something like the OSS, there isn't a settlement option that would satisfy me. They are worth a lot more than a PT-111 G2 or $200. So there are a lot of us that were left out in the cold on this.

So your missing a choice, to keep it and never send it back.

At this point, today, are these the only 2 options for people with Class pistols?

Are they no longer even offering a replacement?

I don't have a dog in this fight, but I am curious if anyone knows for sure?

Not sure anyone knows. Waiting game. There has been a lot of conflicting info from multiple sources including Taurus CS.

It's not a very large sample so far but it kind of surprises me the percentage of enhanced warranty there are. Initially I was hoping replacements were going to be issued but now it sounds like repairs are possible? Anyways for me if that's the case would be best to take the $ (hopefully $200) and put it towards another sub compact.

Wow, this should be very interesting. I kept my 24/7 DS, but sent in my old PT140.
