Probably was shooting very heavy load and ruined it. But from the number of posts I figured it was a flame. His loss not mine, I'm still happy with my bully friends.

A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have. - Gerald Ford?

"A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government." ~~ George Washington

    See ya!

Um okay. Sorry you had a bad experience with that model. Why would anyone ever sell off their good ones just because of one bad experience? Seems like a waste of your monetary investments. Don't do something unwise as a knee jerk reaction, think it through.

I've had a couple revolvers that did the same thing. One a charter arms and another one a 22 magnum. It seems that as I fired the rounds, the cylinder would expand from heating up and drag on the force cone. I ended up polishing the force cone to gain more space between the cylinder and force cone....Problem solved.
Not saying that's your problem, but it worked for me.

Revolver starts locking up after x amount of rounds. I have a friend that has this same problem, Ruger .44 mag, every 250-300 rounds it starts to give him fits. I ask him every time, did you clean it good, answer is always "yes". He brings it over, I clean it up and take it to the range with him and it works just fine. After the 2nd time doing his I realize he is not cleaning under the ejection star. A little crude under the star will start to lock up the cylinders. May not be the issue here but it only takes a few seconds to check.
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

The 2nd amendment is not about hunting or shooting sports, it is about the citizens of this country having the means to protect themselves and the states from the tyranny, oppression, and misery of an over powering government. Modern rifles are a means for the citizens to stand up to an over powering government.

Are you kidding? Bash the gun on a dedicated forum all you want. BUT, when you sell it, it's "perfect". Now, THAT'S pathetic, dishonest, and calls into question everything else that supposedly happened. I also remember his purported fluffing, buffing, and cleaning up. I wonder if, maybe, just maybe, THAT is the cause of his problems? Nahh, he's an "expert", just ask him.

Sorry to hear of the issues and completely understand the frustration. My biggest hope is you're being honest about it cause if you ain't, I just missed a beautiful opportunity to be a complete ass and that will piss me the hell off.
I'm from the government. I'm here to help.
