Open your web browser to the page/content you would like to post. Place your mouse in the address bar that appears at https://websitenamehere.com

Right click to copy. Go to your post and place your mouse somewhere in your post and right click to paste.

Keyboard shortcuts also work. With the object web page opened, click your mouse arrow anywhere in the address bar to the right of the displayed address. The web site address should become highlighted. Then press the Control and letter C keys (<CTRL> <C>). This copies the address to the clipboard. Return to the destination page and place your cursor at the target destination. Press the Control and letter V keys (<CTRL> <V>). This will paste the contents of the clipboard into the cursor location.

For cut and paste the sequence is <CTRL> <X> and <CTRL> <V>.

I'm surprised no one is mentioning the button above the reply box. It looks somewhat like a tiny version of this:

Click on that, and you'll get a box with a block labeled "URL." Enter the web link there, and click ok.
