    I cant imagine a gun gets so dirty that it cannot rotate freely under the pawl's force. and it cant get so dirty that a little cleaner won 't solve the problem without disassembling it.

    I see , it does not make sense otherwise really. but was a bit unsure. My dealer was right then. To be honest the clean smooth look of a Taurus frame is a plus point, at least for me !

    Hi chuck, yes abou the screws. I know at least one, the one farthest to the right should have a sort of plunger , I think that holds the cylinder assy. The others will have to check, but at least now...
