Looks like an 88 that someone removed te hammer spur from, but for the fact tat the barrel has a full length lug. Probably some variant of the 88 I'm unfamiliar with, I'm guessing. I had a model 88 (stainless M68 ) for some time, good shooter. I sold it after inheriting a M68 3" I bought for my step dad in 81 that I don't care to sell due to sentimental ties, though I rarely fire it and never carry it. My M85SSUL gets carried, light weight, accurate, and pocketable.

i was thinking like you .. First i thought it was M88 but all the rossi m88's i saw on the internet have rubber grips and the model is written on the barrel and they were not hammer-less .. Thanks
