    Pt 945

Well, wanted to complete my collection of the PT's seeing I have a 9, 40 and 38 super - ended up with two PT945's - can't pass on deals. Got one stainless and put some faux snakeskin grips on her, then stumbled on a deal for a blued one with pimpin gold accents and rosewood grips

    Very nice!
I saw one at my LGS on my lunch hour. I went back to get it after work (same day) and it was already gone. Haven't seen one since...and still mad about missing out on that deal.

I want one in stainless. It's a beautiful pistol to me.

Gotta love a good, all-metal .45. Two of them is even better! I like those wood grips. You could keep yourself amused for days swapping slides and parts between those two!

I don't understand why Taurus quit making them. Everyone I've encountered has worked well. The last one I saw at a gun show, was a stainless .38 Super and I was a few dollars short.
