    Firing Pin Block Parts

    Hi All,

The Firing Pin Block Pin and Spring are missing on my PT99AFS.
I am in the process of trying to replace the rear sight on the pistol which has been "dicked" about by a previous owner (please view other post and assist if you can) and discovered these parts are missing.

Can anyone supply any photos and dimensions/specifications of these parts so I manufacture replacement pieces.
Believe replacement parts are not available anywhere so I will have to make my own.
From what I can make out the spring drops into the firing pin block first, followed by the pin which is held in place by the sight......correct?

All help will be greatly appreciated.
    Cheers
    Ian

Give me a day or three as I have the parts you are looking for. I don't use a FPB in an EDC/Combat pistol. Just me.
Also, what state are you in? Send me a PM for more details.

FYI: If you live outside the USA, then I can't help you as I have a policy of no shipping ANY gun parts outside the USA.

My radar seems to indicate that the member is located in an international port o call...just a hunch.

Thanks Czechbikr. That would be a problem. I don't ship ANYTHING out of the USA. Just my policy for many years. I will let the OP know that.

After doing a bit of digging around I came up with this as your nearest distributor who can help out for parts and maybe a schematic.
https://www.gunpartscorp.com/gun-manufacturer/taurus/auto-pistols-tau/pt-99 This is the schematic for your pistol. I would contact Taurus at the links above and see if they have a schematic of their own they can give you or what assistance they can give. International sales of parts from the USA to your area is any iffy proposition. Probably not a good idea to try it. Parts from the USA cannot be shipped overseas.
